Payment Policy

All performances are billed 50% upon scheduling confirmation and the balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to performance time. 100% of paid deposits are refundable when canceled 30 days before performance or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Example: if you book a four (4) hour performance totaling $7000, then half or $3500 will be billed as a deposit upon scheduling for confirmation and the balance of $3500 will be due the day before the performance. 

Deposit payments are non-refundable. You may apply your payment to another performance date and reschedule your booking online UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE DATE. 

Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is needed to reschedule any performance. YOU CANNOT RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE. 

Forfeiture or Cancellation of Performance

If ARTIST fails to perform on the agreed date, within five days ARTIST shall return to PURCHASER all funds paid to ARTIST. 

Excuse of Obligations

PURCHASER and ARTIST shall be excused from their obligations hereunder in the event of sickness, accident, riot, stroke, epidemic, act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control.
