For over 20 years and multiple album releases, Dahi Divine pushes the boundaries of music with his saxophone playing, composition, and production.

He found his voice as part of the early 2000’s hip-hop generation and was influenced by the tapestry of the local music scene and vibrant cultural hub of Philadelphia.  He began paying his dues while honing his chops playing in the New York Jazz scene where he shared the stage with several renowned musicians.  In April 2015 he released “The Element”, his self-produced and recording debut as a leader. Through the expressive medium of the saxophone, Dahi's music embraces the improvisational spirit of jazz and urban poetry of hip-hop. His shows captivate audiences worldwide igniting the stage with electrifying performances and genre-defying sound.

In May 2025 Dahi released his second, self-produced modern jazz album, "Audessy".  What he describes as "his journey of spiritual growth, blending soulful jazz harmonies with the ancestral pulse of diasporic rhythms."  A follow-up to his 2021 release of “Planted", the perfect blend of hip-hop and jazz with live instruments and live saxophone on every track.  Another self-produced project featuring all-original material.

One notable achievement is his selection, by Jazz At Lincoln Center.  He was chosen to perform a premier at the Summergarden in New York, an honor reserved for "buzzworthy" emerging artist.  Others are his collaborations with an array of artists, like H.E.R. and Solange, and established icons such as Dave Matthews, Rihanna, and Ellie Goulding. 

Dahi won a Grammy Award due to his contribution on Tye Tribbett's 2024 Grammy Winning Best Live Gospel Album of the Year "All Things New Live In Orlando".
